Mr Dai Shunfa is a seasoned project manager with in-depth experience in construction and business development across several institutions. He has held key management roles with China Civil Engineering Construction Corporation Nigeria (CCECC Nigeria), Ajuba Nigeria Limited and CCECC Capital in Beijing.

He holds a bachelor’s degree from Beijing Foreign Studies University and has more than 13 years of experience across logistics, human resources management, construction project management and investment management.

He has managed numerous infrastructure projects in Nigeria, including the Lagos–Ibadan Railway Project of CCECC Nigeria Limited. Before his appointment as Managing Director of LFZDC, he served as Deputy General Manager at CCECC Capital in Beijing.

Chen Zheguang is a commercial professional with over nine years of experience managing large-scale infrastructure projects in Africa. He holds a master’s degree in Civil Engineering from Southwest Jiaotong University, supporting his expertise in project optimisation, financial strategy and regulatory compliance.

Before joining LFZDC, Chen began his career at CCECC Sierra Leone Ltd., progressing from Business Manager to Project Manager and General Manager. He delivered projects including the Freetown City Administrative Complex and emergency reinforcement of the Sierra Leone National Stadium.

Since 2021, he has been a key member of CCECC Nigeria Ltd., overseeing commercial operations for the rehabilitation and reconstruction of the Port Harcourt–Maiduguri Eastern Narrow-Gauge Railway, including branch lines and transshipment facilities.

As LFZDC’s Commercial Controller, Chen is responsible for financial oversight, operational strategy and marketing activities, supporting sustainable growth, stakeholder engagement and the Zone’s economic objectives.
