Setting up an enterprise in the Lekki Free Zone follows a structured six-step process administered by LFZDC in coordination with NEPZA. The one-stop approval model reduces bureaucracy and accelerates the path from initial enquiry to commercial operations.

- Initial Enquiry初步咨询
Submit a written application to LFZDC expressing interest in establishing an enterprise in the Lekki Free Zone. Include a brief description of your business and investment plans.向LFZDC提交书面申请，表达在莱基自由区设立企业的意向，附上业务简介及投资计划。 - Sign Memorandum of Understanding签署谅解备忘录
After review of your application, LFZDC will issue a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) valid for three months, outlining the terms and conditions for enterprise establishment.审核申请后，LFZDC将签发有效期为三个月的谅解备忘录（MOU），概述企业设立条款和条件。 - Submit Registration Documents提交注册文件
Complete and submit the enterprise registration forms along with required supporting documents, including company profile, business plan and financial statements.填写并提交企业注册表格及所需支持文件，包括公司简介、商业计划和财务报表。 - Pay Registration Fee缴纳注册费用
Pay the applicable registration fee as specified in the MOU to initiate the formal registration process.按谅解备忘录规定缴纳相应的注册费用，启动正式注册程序。 - Receive Provisional Approval获得临时批准
Upon review of submitted documents and fee payment, LFZDC issues a Provisional Approval letter authorising the enterprise to commence setup activities.审核提交文件并确认缴费后，LFZDC签发临时批准函，授权企业开始设立活动。 - Obtain Operating License取得运营执照
After completing setup requirements, the enterprise receives its Operating License from NEPZA, officially authorising commercial operations within the Zone.完成设立要求后，企业从NEPZA取得运营执照，正式授权在园区内开展商业运营。
