LFZDC welcomes investors across seven key sectors in the Lekki Free Zone. From manufacturing and oil & gas to logistics, real estate and tourism, the zone provides the infrastructure, incentives and regulatory framework to support diverse industrial activities.
Sector 001领域 001
Light Industries: Solar Panels Assembly, Furniture, Garment, Building Materials, Plastic Products, Telecommunication Accessories. Heavy Industries: Textile manufacturing, Equipment/Machinery Assembly, Cement/Fertilizer, Aluminum Sheets, Export Processing, Steel Pipe Mill, Agro Allied Chemicals.

Petroleum product storage and distribution, blending plant and crude processing. The zone's proximity to the Lekki Deep Sea Port and Single Point Mooring (SPM) system provides direct access for oil and gas operations.

Exhibition and trade fair services, warehousing and transportation, oil product and gas storage, logistics services, urban services. The Commercial & Logistics Park covers 1.5 sq km in the start-up area.

Industrial land development for plants and workshops. Commercial and residential development for exhibition centres, malls, shops, restaurants, hotels, apartment buildings, office buildings, villas and houses.
